It's Play Dough Time {The Ordinary Moments}

My youngest has got into the habit whereby she sleeps for an hour around lunch time. So we will often get home from toddler group or from the park or on a little excursion at midday and she'll fall asleep. Wherever she is you can bet she is on her way to dreamland at that time unless she has decided to fight it.

As a result I have been trying to make the most of this time with just my eldest by allowing activities she doesn't get to do with her sister around. So this means that sand, colouring and play dough can come out to play just for an hour before it gets put away out of sight and out of mind from little hands and mouths!

  2. Oh playdoh!! We hardly ever play with it, it's just too messy! But I like to schedule in time to play with it every so often ;) x

  3. That's lovely - I've been trying to do the same with my eldest, but it's a bit more hit and miss as to how long we actually get together before the baby wakes up!
