Bring a little of the outdoors indoors this Christmas with this card display holder. This little make brings a couple of my favourite hobbies together that of walking and craft and is so quick and easy to make. Great if you are pushed for time with littlies round your feet.
So we brought it home tied wool to each end and hung it up. I then cut 4 different lengths of wool and tied them equal distance (eye balled) along the stick. Then chose some cards to put on it that we'd received in the past. These will be swapped out for those we receive this year. I tried two different ways in which to hang the cards paper clips and little pegs. I do believe that the pegs worked best. I decided to add a couple of wooden embellishments and a gold paper Christmas tree for good measure to complete the look.
Of course you can decorate it how you like and tailor it to your Christmas colours if you like. How about painting the stick white and adding pine cones or bits of festive foliage? You could also paint the stick red and white to reflect the candy canes about. Whatever you decide do let me know if you give this a go and I wish all of you a lovely Merry Christmas. xx

Now for the Fun Part
As a family we try and get outside as much as we can and a request first thing in the morning of going to the park could not be turned down on a bright sunny morning. After going to the park we decided to extend our time outside by going to find the perfect stick for this make. We saw a number of different ones but we thought this was in the best condition to do the job.
