This week has seen me feeling rather frazzled to be honest. Rather than dwelling on the negatives though I thought I’d focus on the #LittleLoves too. I've been bookmarking a number of these posts in the past and
therefore thought I ought to join in too. So without further ado here they are:
If you are a regular to my blog you will no doubt have heard I've been making things. I thought I'd take the opportunity to show you a sneaky peek of what one of those things is.
As of April the eldest potentially could start preschool. This is great in terms of socialising but scary too if you have been listening to the news and heard about meningitis!
I've been doing a spot of shopping recently and picked up The Mindfulness Journal which is full of exercises to help me focus on the present.
I've been watching Rosalillium who was brought to my attention via Mummy in a Tutu. Her video on 10 things missing from your about page was the first one I watched and I've set about implementing the things she's mentioned on my blog.
Despite witnessing tantrums everyday this week from the eldest! I still love hearing her call out 'mummy' in the morning. She sure knows how to melt my heart. She's turning two on Sunday and has left me wondering whether the next few years will be terrific or terrible!
As you can see from this photo and the one above we have been making the most of the weather, wrapping up warm and heading outside on geocaching adventures.

Sounds like an interesting book. Hope you enjoy it. Intrigued by your making. Lovely photo of your eldest holding her find. I wouldn't worry about the terrible twos. They are all different. I'm sure the term was invented to sell parenting books.#wotw

DeleteFocusing on the now is a great life strategy, Yoga is actually great for that and focuses, the past can be lovely but is no use in the present time. Fab vlog its great to other perspective on what we need on our blog x
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure about that I think you can learn stuff from the past. Things that you'd like to repeat and other things you ought not to. Does everyone do it differently?

ReplyDeleteAh we have had some like that. One at a train station springs to mind.
DeleteHope you have had a less frazzling?! (not sure if that is a word) week. My little boy started preschool two weeks ago, he is loving it. I still get nervous lol! I really like this idea for a post and I will also be checking out Rosalillum! #KCACOLS
