Our daughter is at the age (15 months) where she loves
helping around the house. From picking up things to give to me, to taking
things off the drier and emptying the washing machine she can be very helpful. It
would be lovely to see her continue this well into her teens but we’ll see what
happens shall we.

It's lovely when they help out isn't it? My big girl is 5 and isn't so fussed but my littlest girl is 3 and she loves to help me do jobs! x
ReplyDeleteIt sure is. Hope your littlest continues it can be a great help.
DeleteOh bless! My Pip does that, only usually it's him pulling things out as I'm trying to load them in!!
ReplyDeleteAh yes I can understand that one.
DeleteAhh bless her. My 2 year old loves being a helper, especially in the kitchen, she has a step that she pulls up when I'm cooking and she asks 'I be your helper Mummy?'
ReplyDeleteAwww she sounds so sweet.
Deleteha ha! i love this picture and it looks just fab. My daughter helps me with laundry when im really unwell. We make a good team! Fab picture! Popping over from #LivingArrows
ReplyDeleteThanks Angela. Sorry to hear you are really unwell at times.
DeleteAll three of mine love to help if in the mood, especiallywith the washing. Sometimes its not so helpful though like when my youngest put the telephone in with the washing! #livingarrows
ReplyDeleteOoops yes telephones in washing machines wont mix. I noticed someone put a plastic cake in ours.
DeleteAwww what a sweet and helpful little girl you have.xx #livingarrows
ReplyDeleteShe sure is. I consider myself blessed.
DeleteMy eldest are 5 now and are REALLY helpful. They do the dishes, the hoovering, you name it. Hope it continues for you!
ReplyDeleteWow you've got them well trained.
DeleteIts lovely when they start to help, although I find it either takes twice as long or my two argue over who is going to do what ;) Still, here's hoping it continues!
ReplyDeleteOh no sorry to hear that it can escalate into an arguement
DeleteIts just great when they love helping out, sadly it never lasts. Both my 2 loved helping load and unload the washing machine as babies, Lewis once stripped in front of the washing machine and tried putting his clean clothes in it too! #pointshoot
ReplyDeleteAwww bless him.
DeleteThat photo is too funny! I love the age where they start helping and we just try and build on it as they grow, so they get used to it and add to it rather than just stopping helping x
ReplyDeleteIt sure is great to have a little helper in the house.
DeleteSuch a great picture! #LivingArrows
ReplyDeleteThank you
DeleteHa ha! How cute! Thanks for linking up to #PointShoot x
