Word of the Week: Plan

This week my word of the week is plan. As the winter weather still has us cooped up inside akin to hibernation. I have been reflecting upon my goals for the year.

With the house feeling rather bare after Christmas. I have been considering what events are coming up and how I may like to decorate as each month approaches. So I've been making plans as to what I may like to do and buy in.

Meanwhile home improvement plans have also been going on. With the girls gaining their own bedrooms and  the structural divide going up this week. Ideas are now floating around my head as to how I can inject their personalities into their rooms. I'm thinking nature and their love for Peter Rabbit and Friends rather than Teletubbies. We started this project with a drawn out plan of how upstairs would look like and I'm using Pinterest to inspire me further.

I've also been admiring my planners and making a note of when my favourite linky's are on. I was gifted a gorgeous blue and gold notebook for Christmas and picked up a lovely planner from TKMaxx. Gees it was hard to pick out which one I liked most out of my favourite colours pink and teal but I chose the hot pink one which will certainly stand out. Maybe I should repaint the tv remote hot pink too so I don't keep mislaying it!

One of the linky hosts has decided to hold an A-Z challenge on her blog that I'm keen to join in with. In coming up with ideas my thoughts have been turning to home school activities.

What plans have you got for the year?
